1.- The product will be sent within 1 to 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed.

2.- The product will arrive within 1 to 4 days after it was shipped, in Monterrey the product will arrive in 24 hours or less.

3.- The packages will be sent by the best shipping company available in that Mexican area.

4.- Within 1 to 24 hours after your product has been sent, we will give you via email or by telephone the tracking number and name of the company responsible for the transportation.

5.- The packages will be sent in a closed box, with no marks or signs of the product inside.

6.- We only ship products within Mexican territory.

7.- If you don’t have an address with postal code in México, it will be sent to an office with WILL CALL policies, by the best shipping company in the area.

8.- The shipping carriers aren’t in partnership with eDeal Pharmacies, they are an independent service provider, we won’t be held responsible for the service they give.

Return Policies:

1.- All devolutions will be effective till the product gets back to our offices.

2.- The shipment fee for the devolution of the product will run by the clients.

3.- At the moment that the product arrives a to our offices, the Money will be transferred back, just to one account in the same client name, or another product of the same kind will be sent back.

4.- If you urgently need another product, the client will pay in full the cost of the new product, no product will be sent with out payment or without the original product in our offices.

5.- By purchasing with us via this website or by phone you are accepting this shipment conditions and return policies.

6.- In all returns, there is a 5 dollar fee for administrative expenses.

7.- We only accept returns on sales within 2 weeks of acquiring the product , and 1 week with refrigerated products.

8.- If the carrier loses the package with your products, we won’t make your return claim official or send new products, before establishing with the shipping company the official cause of the mishap with your package. This process can take as long a 1 to 2 months depending on witch carrier company.
